Process

Following is a Step by Step summary of what you should do in order to book a property trough us and what will happen once we've received the confirmation:

1/ Visit our web site and see which property/region interests you.

2/ Once you've found the property of interest, please check whether it is available on that dates that match your requirements.

3/ If the property is available, please email your details (Name, Email address, Phone contact details, Period of stay, Number of guests and Apartment reference) to the following address booking@apartmentreflex.com or contact us on +33 1 43 49 72 84.

What will happen next?

4/ We will send you a written reply within 48 hours to confirm the booking.

5/ You will then be required to pay 30% of the rental value in order to hold the booking until the date of your arrival (Payable by cash mandate, Credit Card (PayPal), bank transfer or Traveller Checks).

Cancellations are free of charge up to 8 weeks prior to the agreed date of arrival. If cancellation is notified between 4 and 7 weeks before the date of commencement, fees apply . Alternatively , you are entitled to a voucher for 100% of the amount perceived, which can be used in any of the properties advertised on this web site (subject to availabilities, valid one year).

6/ We will then agree with you on where and how you should collect the keys for the property.

7/ The remainder of amount due for the rental and the refundable deposit will be requested at the date of arrival upon the delivery of the keys to the property.

8/ The refundable safety deposit will be returned to you upon departure provided no damage has been made to the property .
